- Tap: iPhone XS and later, and most mid-range and premium Android phones, open it with a tap. A few Android phones need NFC switched on once.
- Scan: Any phone without NFC points its camera at the QR code and lands on the same page.
- No app: The page opens in the customer's own browser.
