THE RANKING

The Best Google Review Cards in India, Ranked

Six real ways to collect Google reviews at your counter, from NFC review cards to printed QR, ranked by how well they work day to day rather than by price tag alone.

01

1. ProfileTap Google Review Card — best overall

A durable PVC card with NFC and QR together: customers tap or scan and your Google review form opens instantly. The review link is live and editable — change your listing or branch and the same card keeps working, no reprint. One-time price, GST invoice, and scan counts so you can see it working.

02

2. ProfileTap Google Review Standee — best for counters

The same tap-or-scan review collection in a stand-up format for billing counters, reception desks and tables. Customers see it without being asked, which is why standees usually collect more reviews than a card kept in a drawer. Available in PVC, acrylic and wooden finishes.

03

3. TapMo Google Review Card — the lowest-priced branded NFC card

TapMo sells an NFC review card with a free design service, a card and standee bundle, and a dashboard where the linked digital profile is updated without a reprint. When we checked in October 2026 its card listed below ours, with no subscription attached. Two gaps to weigh: the product page does not say the card carries a QR code for phones without NFC, and it publishes no tap or scan counts. The card was also marked backordered at the time.

04

4. TapOnn Direct Review Card — the closest match on features

TapOnn's card carries an NFC chip and a dynamic QR code, the review link is changed from its app or web dashboard, and it comes with a two-year warranty on the chip and the print. Its acrylic review stand is managed the same way. In October 2026 the card listed at about the same price as ours and the stand a little above. What TapOnn does not state is any tap or scan count, so you cannot see whether the card is being used.

05

5. Marketplace NFC review cards and acrylic tags — cheapest NFC, but check the chip

Marketplaces and local sellers list plain NFC review cards and acrylic counter tags with a single review link written to the chip, at a low per-piece figure. They tap fine. Two things to settle before ordering a batch: whether the chip ships locked, because a locked chip means a new card the day your listing changes, and what each piece costs once printing, the minimum order and GST are added to the listed price. Acrylic blocks also shorten the tap range, so try one at your counter first. There is no dashboard and no scan count.

06

6. Printed QR review cards — cheapest, but static

Local printers and marketplaces sell plain printed QR cards for very little. They work — until your Google listing changes, the print fades, or you open a second branch. There is no NFC, no way to edit the link, and no scan data. Fine as a stop-gap; frustrating as a system.

How we ranked

What Makes a Google Review Card Worth Buying

Six things we checked on every option before ranking it.

NFC + QR together

Newer phones tap, older phones scan. A card that only does one misses customers every day.

Straight to your review form

One tap should open the Google review form for your exact listing — no searching, no wrong branch.

Editable link, no reprints

Your listing moves, your branch changes — the card should update from a dashboard, not the bin.

Scan & tap counts

You should be able to see how often the card is used, so you know your review collection is actually working.

One-time price

Review hardware should be bought once, not rented. No monthly fee to keep collecting reviews.

GST invoice, works app-free

A proper GST invoice for your business, and no app for your customer — the review form opens in the browser.

Pick by business type

Which Review Tool for Your Business Type

The right pick depends less on the hardware and more on where your customer is standing when you ask.

Restaurant or café

Ask while the meal is still good. A table standee on every table gets seen without a server having to mention it — and it survives spills. Put a card in the bill folder as a second prompt.

Clinic or hospital

Patients wait, so the reception desk is your best spot. An acrylic standee reads as clean and professional, which matters in a clinic more than anywhere else. Ask at discharge, not on arrival.

Salon or spa

The best moment is at the mirror, right after the result. A review card your stylist can hand over beats anything fixed to the billing counter, because the customer is happiest in the chair.

Retail shop or counter

Transactions are quick, so the prompt has to be already there. A review sticker beside the payment QR catches the customer in the second they are already holding their phone.

Chain or multi-branch

Every branch needs its own Google listing, or the reviews land on the wrong one. Order in bulk with per-branch mapping — one dashboard, one GST invoice, each unit pointed at the right outlet.

Google Review Card FAQs

What Indian business owners ask before buying review hardware.

What is a Google review card?

A Google review card is an NFC- or QR-enabled card that opens your business's Google review form the moment a customer taps or scans it. Instead of asking customers to search for your listing, you hand them the card or point at a standee — and they can leave a genuine review in seconds.

Do Google review cards actually work?

Yes — because they remove the friction that stops most reviews. Customers rarely search for your listing later, but many will tap a card while the experience is fresh. Businesses that keep a review card or standee at the counter and ask at the right moment consistently collect more reviews than those relying on follow-ups.

Are Google review cards allowed by Google?

Yes, when used the right way. A review card simply makes it easier for a customer to reach your public review form — that is fine. What Google's policies prohibit is offering incentives for reviews or filtering out unhappy customers. ProfileTap's review collection links every customer directly to the same public Google form, keeping you inside the rules.

Which is the best Google review card in India for small businesses?

For most Indian shops, the ProfileTap card is the best Google review card for business use: NFC and QR on one durable card, an editable review link that never needs reprinting, scan counts, a one-time price with a GST invoice, and matching standees for the counter. That also makes it our pick for best Google review NFC card India-wide, since the tap is what gives it the speed. TapMo and TapOnn are genuine alternatives: TapMo's card listed cheaper than ours when we checked, and TapOnn matches on NFC, QR and an editable link, though neither publishes tap counts. Printed QR cards suit the tightest budgets.

Should I buy a review card or a review standee?

Both do the same job in different places. A standee sits on the billing counter and collects reviews passively all day; a card travels — staff can hand it over at delivery, at the table, or after a service call. Many shops start with a review standee for the counter and add cards for staff.

How much does a Google review card cost in India?

Plain printed QR cards cost the least but are static; NFC review cards sit in the mid-range; standees cost a little more for the counter format. Every ProfileTap option is a one-time purchase with a GST invoice and no monthly fee — current prices are shown live on each product page.

Do customers need an app to leave a review?

No. When a customer taps the NFC card or scans the QR, your Google review form opens directly in their phone's browser. They sign in with the Google account already on their phone and post the review — no download, no typing your business name, no extra steps.

How do I set up my Google review card?

Setup takes a few minutes: connect your Google Business Profile listing from your ProfileTap dashboard, and your card and standee point at your exact review form. Before it goes on the counter, tap it with one Android phone and one iPhone and check that the review box itself opens; if it lands on your business page, the Maps link was pasted instead of the review link. If your listing details ever change, update the link once in the dashboard and the same physical card keeps working without a reprint.

Can I use Google review cards for multiple branches?

Yes — each branch should point at its own Google listing, so order a card or standee per location and map each one to the right review form from the dashboard. For chains, franchises and agencies setting up many locations at once, ProfileTap also takes bulk orders with GST billing.

Is there a Google review card design or template I can use?

The design comes with the card: our team sets up your Google review card design with your business name, logo and branding before printing. We do not hand out a printable Google review card template to download, because the card only works once its NFC chip and QR are linked to your own review page. Tell us the look you want and we work it up.

Is there an online Google review card maker I should use instead?

Not one you need to learn. A Google review card maker on the web produces a QR image you print yourself, which works until your listing moves or the print fades. With ProfileTap the artwork and the link are set up for you, and the link stays editable from the dashboard, so the card outlives the first branch move.

What is an NFC Google review card?

An NFC Google review card has a chip inside, so a customer taps it on their phone and your Google review page opens with no app and no typing. A printed QR card needs the customer to open their camera and scan instead. Most counters keep both on the same card, which is why the tap version is the usual pick.

What should I look for when choosing a Google review card?

Four things decide it. The review link must be editable after printing, so a changed listing does not mean a new card. The card should carry both NFC and a QR code. Pricing should be one-time rather than a monthly plan. And you want to see visit counts, so you know the card is being used.

Do Google review cards need both NFC and a QR code?

Yes, ideally. NFC gives the fastest path on phones that support it, a single tap and the review form is open. The printed QR covers everyone else, including older Android phones and anyone who prefers the camera. A card with only one of the two leaves part of your customers unable to use it.

Do Google review cards expire or need renewal?

No. A ProfileTap review card is a one-time purchase, and the NFC chip and QR keep working for as long as the card is intact. There is no yearly renewal, no subscription and no licence to keep active. The only thing you ever update is the review link itself, from the dashboard, if your listing changes.

Can one Google review card be reassigned to a different business listing?

Yes. Each card points at a review link you control from your ProfileTap dashboard, so if you open a second branch, sell the business or move the card to another outlet, you change the Google listing it opens in a minute. The physical card stays the same, which is why it does not need reprinting.
